I spent years trapped in yo-yo dieting and an exhausting relationship with food and my body.
Five years ago, I started this business simply because I wanted to help women break that same cycle.

Since then, life has been anything but simple. I’ve navigated divorce, become a full-time parent to my step-daughter and supported both of my parents through terminal illness.

Through all of it, movement became my anchor. And empathy became my foundation.

That’s why my coaching is built on:

These sessions combine structured strength training with functional movement to improve how you move, lift, and feel in everyday life. Classes are suitable for ages 15–65, with coaching that meets you where you’re at and helps you progress safely and confidently. Based in Falkirk, supporting women across the local area with female-only strength and fitness coaching.

5.5 years ago, I built this from scratch.
