I spent years trapped in yo-yo dieting and an exhausting relationship with food and my body.
Five years ago, I started this business simply because I wanted to help women break that same cycle.
Since then, life has been anything but simple. I’ve navigated divorce, become a full-time parent to my step-daughter and supported both of my parents through terminal illness.
Through all of it, movement became my anchor. And empathy became my foundation.

5.5 years ago, I built this from scratch.
3 years ago, I backed myself fully and went all in.
Now, I coach hundreds of clients every year and over 1,300 women have come through my programmes and/or gym door.
My mission hasn’t changed: Help real women achieve sustainable fat loss without BS, fads or guilt.
Some days, I can't believe how far I've come. Other days, I know I'm only just getting started.
